Job Description
iMultiply are working with a large UK business to recruit a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant based in a remote role. The role pays a competitive hourly rate and requires an immediate start.

Responsibilities
- Process invoices
- Proactively manage and resolve queries, via email and phone, from internal and external contacts.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and other control processes on a monthly basis.
- Work with internal and external suppliers to actively support and initiate teamwork to achieve an excellent service record of accomplishment.
- Experience of working Within accounts payable / purchase ledger department.
- Knowledge and ability to use Mainstream accounting
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
