Who we are looking for: Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager, the post holder will assist with the in the delivery of all aspects relating to the processing of all incoming supplier invoices and expenses claims across National Autistic Society in accordance with the Charity\xe2\x80\x99s procedures, policy and regulations. You will support the other Accounts Payables Administrator; represent Finance and the National Autistic Society in working groups, user groups and events relevant to the role. You will have excellent IT skills, including excel and word, demonstrate good communications (verbal and written), negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will have a basic understanding of Finance, including the ability to analyse and understand accounting processes in relation to purchase ordering and the purchase ledger. The role requires you to be able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines; to be pro-active and to take the initiative when required, in particular to develop and improve systems and processes within a changing environment. Previous experience of working within a financial operations environment, including accounts payable activities, experience of using accounting/bespoke finance systems and a knowledge of the Charity sector would be an advantage To view the job description please click here It is a hybrid role working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
