Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant/Data Entry role to join our team at our Stevenage office. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate entry of financial data into our booking systems, efficient processing of invoices, collaborating and reporting into the Financial Controller to manage all aspects of payable accounting within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate entry of financial data and document management. Efficiently processing invoices to prioritise payments. Manage daily aged debtor and creditor reports. Participate in regular team meetings. Enhance communication with suppliers and, when necessary, with customers. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. Oversee statement reconciliations. Conduct payment runs according to the schedule. Analyse and allocate workload effectively. Identify and address any areas of concern.
The Package:

Competitive base salary. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 Office-based role. 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Competitive contributory pension scheme. David Lloyds gym membership upon finishing probation.
What We're Looking For:
