Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing invoices, payments, and resolving discrepancies within the accounting and finance department.

  • Process and verify invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to supplier queries and provide resolution in a professional manner.
  • Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks.

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
