Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team at our head office in Nutts Corner. This role is vital in ensuring accurate processing of our company's financial transactions and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes using software automation, and compliance with our stringent internal approval's process. Supplier statement reconciliations. Bank and cash allocations. Supplier payment runs. Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries. Month-end procedures. Set up and maintain supplier accounts. Purchase Order administration. Participating in the annual external audit. Business improvement initiatives and projects. Any other ad hoc duties that may arise in connection with the accounts payable function.

Skills and experience

Previous experience in accounts payable. The ability to work in a team as well as individually, collaborative and coachable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, process-driven and with high professional standards. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of accounting packages and other relevant applications such as MS Excel.
