We're seeking an experienced

Accounts Payable Manager

to join our remote Finance team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable function (including invoice processing, supplier onboarding, payment scheduling, and reconciliation. Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations across a growing serviced apartment portfolio.

You'll be part of a fantastic accounts team of 5, where your contribution will be truly valued.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee supplier invoice coding, approval, and processing in

Xero

across multiple companies.

Work closely with the operations team to set up each property utilities accounts and split spent across relevant properties.

Schedule payments in line with cash flow and due dates. Maintain and reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Manage suppliers onboarding on Xero. Support activities relation to properties on boarding and off boarding. Perform weekly aged payables review and prepare pay runs. Negotiate preferential payment terms in line with cashflow. Support and supervise the Bookkeeper's activities. Collaborate with Bookkeeper on AP data integrity. Collaborate with operations to confirm invoice accuracy and create a supplier onboarding process. Support reconciliations and reporting during month-end close. Produce supplier usage report to track spend in specific area. Assist with ad-hoc requests. Assist the accounts receivable team if required.

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Relevant exp. in Accounts Payable, Finance Assistant roles. Proficiency with Xero invoice processing, reconciliation, reporting). Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Desirable:



Hospitality or serviced apartment experience.
