The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London's brightest businesses, and an Accounts Payable Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing the Accounts Payable team.


In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end purchase ledger process, ensuring invoices and payments are processed promptly and accurately. You'll manage supplier relationships, resolved escalated queries and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.


You'll be responsible for balancing team workloads, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in processes and controls.

What we need from you

People management experience to support engagement and achievement of KPIs Experience managing supplier payment runs Experience using Dynamics 365 Attention to detail and strong organisation skills

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.
