Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal control procedures. Your work will help ensure that payments to creditors are prepared accurately, professionally, and on time.


Any invoices lacking the correct VAT, supporting documentation, or matched deliveries will be rejected.


Key Responsibilities

Process and authorise supplier invoices. Register invoices via Continia (OCR system). Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, Purchase Order, Goods Received Note). Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with preparing weekly payment runs. Resolve price queries with Buyers. Work with Site Managers to resolve receipt and proof of delivery issues. Address debit balances on vendor accounts. Respond promptly to supplier enquiries (telephone/email). Share responsibility for managing Accounts Payable inboxes. Share responsibility for maintaining accurate filing within purchase ledgers.

Purchase Ledger: 1 year (preferred) Accounts Payable: 1 year (preferred)
