We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Administrator
to support our Finance Team. This is a part-time role--perfect for someone who wants meaningful work with flexibility.
The Role
In this varied finance and admin support role, you'll help manage our utility invoicing and purchase ledger processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations.
Working pattern:
2-3 days per week -
specific days are negotiable
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile utility invoices using Sage 50 Accounts
Resolve billing issues with suppliers and brokers
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records
Carry out general ledger duties and ad hoc finance admin tasks
Provide cover for the Finance Officer when needed
Help maintain our tenant and landlord databases
Essential Skills:
Experience with Sage 50 or a similar accounting system
Understanding of bookkeeping principles
Confident communicator and team player
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of utility billing or reconciliation
Payroll experience or Sage certification
A-Levels or equivalent in Accounting/Bookkeeping
UK driving licence and own vehicle for occasional work use
