Overview

Aerotech is a leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the air transportation industries. They design, manufacture, test and service technologically sophisticated systems and products for their customers. Due to exciting growth plans we are looking for an Accounts Payabale Specialist to join the team based at our Feltham office, you will be Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable function. The processes include: Invoices and T&E processing, payment execution, supplier queries
Responsibilities

• Daily invoice postings in ERP\xe2\x80\x99s: obtain approvals, issues resolution, analysis and reporting
• Prepare & execute payments
• T&E Management (Concur) Related GL Accounts reconciliation
• Vendor support and queries reconciliation, including statement reconciliations
• Responsible for generating and reviewing AP aging to ensure subledger is clean.
• Manage AP audits, either internal, external or SOX reviews.
• Month End closing tasks: Intercompany reconciliation, AP accounts reconciliation, accruals and aging analysis
• Manage GRNI
• Monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
• Active participation in initiatives/projects relating to the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness
• Assist in ad hoc AP projects as required
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company\xe2\x80\x99s discretion

• Accounting Qualification or demonstrable relevant work experience required.
• Experience in accounts payable and accounting
• Experience in a shared service environment
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding and experience of all AP processes and best practice
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and strive for results
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Syteline desirable
• Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
• Excellent attention to detail
