About the Role:

You'll manage customer billing, monitor incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices. This position is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting accurate financial reporting.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies.

Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.

Support month-end closing and reporting processes.

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.

Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP)

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
