• Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address queries.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with additional administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Immediate startHybrid
A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role within the Not For Profit sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
