Role Overview



The Accounts, Payroll & Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, end to end payroll operations, and general office administration. The role supports business operations by maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing day-to-day administrative functions.

Duties:



- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions- Input and process financial data- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues- Payroll processing by verifying employee hours via Fingerprint System and calculating wages in quickbooks- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors- Accounts receivable tasks

- Contribute to budgeting processes by providing financial data and analysis- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review

- Ensuring transaction Receipts and Invoices are received for Quarterly VAT preparation

- Office Administration of the Office, including but not limited to, Organisation of office events and Christmas party and ordering of supplies for the Office.

Requirements:



- Proven experience in accounting or finance role- Familiarity with account techniques- Understanding of technical accounting principles and practices- Experience with end to end payroll processing

- Accounts payable/receivable functions- Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively- Proficient in budgeting and reporting

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Proven Office Administration skills
