We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator based at our Leyburn office.

Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional internal and external telephone services, transferring all calls accordingly.
Manage the company debtors and escalate where necessary
Customer invoicing (cover)
Company credit control and reporting
Process card payments and allocate customer receipts
Credit checks for new customers
Manage the accounts inbox and maintain excel spreadsheets
Allocate cash receipts daily
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Inter company invoice reconciliations
Send Customer statements
Payroll Holiday cover (training will be given)
Departmental Holiday cover
Internal invoicing and management of system for service centre
Any other tasks as required
Qualifications
Experience of SAGE Line 50
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of accounting principles
Proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Administrator role is desirable and experience within the Construction sector is preferable
Location - Leyburn office based - may be required to travel to our Thirsk office for holiday cover
