The Role




This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless, end-to-end process--from accurate invoicing to timely customer payments--while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for:



Accounts Receivable operations - adhering to the full process from invoice creation to customer payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across your portfolio of venues. Monitoring financial health - Regularly review aged debtors, debtor days, and credit notes to maintain strong cash flow and minimise risk. Driving process improvement - Use Power BI dashboards and KPIs to track success and collaborate with US D365 support teams to resolve issues and implement system enhancements. Supporting transactional activities - Assist with group inbox management, daily bank postings, and provide cover for finance transactions when needed. Ensuring attention to detail and compliance - Process invoices and credit notes accurately while upholding best practices and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

You'll have:



Extensive Accounts Receivable experience with a solid understanding of processes, systems, and control frameworks. Strong technical skills, ideally including intermediate Excel proficiency with formulas. Excellent planning and organisational ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Resilience and adaptability, thriving under pressure while working both reactively and proactively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build strong relationships.
