Hours: Four days per week, 8 hours per day, office based, in person
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our friendly team at the Head Office of CHD Living in Godalming, Surrey.
We specialise in offering exceptional care to adults within our care centres and in their own homes.
The ideal candidate's responsibilities will include raising invoices for care fees, raising sundry invoices, chasing payments and posting bank receipts. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent phone and email etiquette to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements
Relevant experience working in accounts receivable
Sage 50 competency
Excel proficiency
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills for client interactions and customer service
Ability to analyse financial information effectively
Right to work in the UK
