Together with our partners, we use biosimulation and technology-enabled services to transform drug discovery and development across all therapeutic areas and innovative therapies.



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our finance team in managing and maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and a customer-focused approach to resolving payment issues.
Responsibilities:
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue invoices. Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding payment status and discrepancies. Reconcile AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Assist in preparing monthly AR reports and aging analysis. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required. Sales Order processing Obtaining the correct Tax forms for customers (W8BENE, withholding, Cert residency etc) Posting Journals into Netsuite

Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Proficiency in accounting ERP software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
