Job Description


We are recruiting for a remote or hybrid working Accounts Receivable Assistant. You will be part of a fast-paced team, who strive to deliver, with dynamic and varying duties. This role will be 3 days per week in office, giving you that true work / life balance.

Sitting within our Finance Shared Service Department, as Accounts Receivable Assistant you will:

  • Complete cash allocations to the sales ledger
  • Ensure invoices and credit notes are matched
  • Liaise with customers for receipts without remittances
  • Liaise with various departments such as Credit Control, wider Finance and Field Staff
  • You will review unallocated payments, process customer refunds, post branch cash, handle mail and telephone enquiries
  • You will also support daily, weekly, and monthly reports
What will you bring?

We are looking for an individual with experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar financial function, who is passionate, experienced in working in a high pace environment and can show their work initiative. Historically this role is a great role to commence your career - with many in this role progressing in to Finance and more Senior Finance roles.

As you work in a hybrid/remote way, you will be a self-starter, self-motivated and possess lots of self-initiative!
