AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Senior Administrator to support our finance team in Redhill. What you'll be doing:

Claims rebilling, intercompany and premium invoicing. Collaborating and building relationships with Finance Analysts, Account Managers and AR Manager to continuously improve accuracy of data, pricing, accounting and processes. Identify manual and inefficient processes and support on the implementation of process automation or system improvements. Cash allocation to ledgers. Responsible for ensuring all receipts are accounted for in the month of receipt, and the reconciliation of the accounts receivable bank accounts. Review processes, propose and support with the implementation of ongoing enhancements to the existing processes. Query resolution, ensuring prompt resolution and introduce controls to prevent reoccurrence. Work with the Internal Risk Team to identify receivables risks and support with the implementation of a local reconciliation and reporting tool, including controls and carry out assessments to minimise risk and support with group reporting. Reconciliation of the B2C accounting. Support with the development of the existing process and reconciliation tool to achieve a fully streamlined process. Monthly reporting. Support with the improvement of monthly reporting to include dashboards for monitoring invoicing, accruals, credit control, bad debt, cash flow and risk. Delivering AR training to support change of systems and processes. Support with audit work. Work with the team and wider Finance team where necessary to delivery other BAU responsibilities

What you'll bring:



Experience in accounts receivable or finance role. Able to work independently with ownership and confidence in all aspects of AR. Proven experience in making improvements or the contribution to automation projects. Open-minded attitude to change and automation. Advanced excel skills (to include pivot tables, formulas and macros). Strong communication and influencing skills. Able to lead on training and supporting the team on change
