This role sits within the Accounts Receivable and Procure to pay team who are part of the Business Administration Service and who are responsible for the raising of all customer invoices and the payment of suppliers for goods, works and services. As a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the team, line managing staff, dealing with complex cases and complaints and providing bespoke debt recovery.
Our goals within the Accounts Receivable Team are:
Reduce outstanding debt position
Improve the customer experience
Increase the number of invoices paid by direct debit
Improved reporting and monitoring
We are looking for someone who:
Is customer centred with communication skills
Has experience in management
Has a high level of numeracy skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Has the ability to manage tight deadlines with an adaptable and flexible approach
