We are looking for a driven Accounts & Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting both revenue growth and financial administration -- combining sales drive with strong accuracy and customer professionalism.
This role is highly phone-based and results-driven. You will conduct
80+ outbound sales calls per day
to independent pharmacies and wholesalers, building relationships, securing repeat business, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold/warm calls and manage sales pipelines
Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term accounts
Provide pricing, product availability updates, and process customer orders
Maintain accurate financial records including invoicing & credit control
Support account reconciliation and liaise with suppliers and logistics
Prepare sales performance reports and support monthly revenue targets
Resolve customer issues with urgency and professionalism
Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry guidelines
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or account management (essential)
Comfortable with
daily outbound calling
and sales performance targets
Strong numerical skills and accuracy in financial admin tasks
Excellent communication & rapport-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and competitive mindset
Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare distribution is beneficial, but training will be provided
