Smooth Accounting is a growing firm of Chartered Accountants serving SME's throughout Hampshire and the rest of the country. We are looking for a new team member to join our thriving practice. The core role will include, but not be limited to:

- Payroll preparation and submission along with pension submissions.

- Preparation of Year End Accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships to include the accompanying Self Assessment and Corporation Tax Returns.

- Preparation of VAT Returns and Bookkeeping.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

- Payroll

- Preparation of Accounts and Tax Returns both from completed bookkeeping and incomplete records.

- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns for a variety of businesses and industry types.

- Qualified AAT or studying AAT.

- Knowledge of Xero Accounting software is a requirement.

32 days holiday, to include bank holidays and Christmas Eve off as an extra (who wants to work Christmas Eve?!).
