Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant looking to advance their career in a supportive environment where your contributions will be valued and recognised.
- Preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Management of client portfolios with minimal supervision
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Assistance with tax planning and compliance
- Client communication and relationship management
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to practice development initiatives
- AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Minimum 3 years' experience in practice
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
- Proficiency with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- ACA/ACCA study support
