Job Description
We have a vacancy for a Accounts Supervisor in our Birmingham Office with the following experience.
Accounts Supervisor
Check payments are timely and communicated to supplier
Review debtor queries
Weekly Payroll cover / Credit control cover
Multi Business transaction processing
Invoicing and reconciliation
Road Tax Payments
Monthly payment and reconciliation
Purchase reserves
Transaction processing and problem solving
Monthly close of all ledgers
VAT reconciliations
Docuware processing
Weekly payroll to Sage
Experience of Sage and Sage payroll preferable. 5 year's experience in an accounts office an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
