Job Description

A successful, long-standing Electrical and Mechanical contractors are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join the finance department in this varied role based in the Westbury office.

You will be tasked with the preparation of the monthly and yearly accounts, provide management information to the Financial Director alongside budgeting, Payroll and leading a team of Accounts Assistants and other duties as and when needed.

The Ideal candidate will have a be a great communicator with an analytical approach and will be confident from having experience carrying out a similar role previously. Previous experience of team management beneficial for this role

Accounts Supervisor Position Overview

Reviewing work and assisting with the junior members of the team

Monthly management accounts for the directors

Budgeting, costing and forecasting

Monthly payroll processing

VAT returns

WIP schedules

Accounts Supervisor Position Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferably with management experience

Experience processing payroll and Tax

Management accounts & costing experience

Great communicator with an attention to detail

Live within a commutable distance to Westbury

Accounts Supervisor Position Remuneration

Salary - \xc2\xa330,000- \xc2\xa335,000 depending on experience

Full Time 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Friday

Office based role

33 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

Pension enrolment after 3 months (5% Employee contribution and 3% Employer

Contribution)
