Key Purpose
Working as part of the finance team, helping to provide an efficient and effective service to the firm's clients, partners and staff.
Key Accountabilities
Processing high volume of purchase invoices, fee notes and electronic payments
Dealing with fee earner queries quickly and efficiently
Payment of client money and supplier invoices
Ensuring Law Society Rules and internal controls are adhered to
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Providing administrative support to the finance team
Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required
Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required
An interest in accounts and a desire to develop a career within this area
Strong academic results
Ability to use initiative and work within a team
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, maturity and discretion
Full training will be provided
