Our six nurseries across Manchester offer children a nurturing and stimulating environment where they can grow and learn. Now, we're looking for a Part-Time HR Officer & Office Administrator to be the backbone of our team, overseeing HR functions and office administration across all sites.
We work with outsourced employment law consultants who will provide you with advice and ready-made templates. However, your ability to work independently and efficiently will be key to your success.

Talent Acquisition:
Oversee recruitment; from writing job descriptions and adverts, to conducting interviews and appointing the right staff.
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Develop and implement policies on a range of topics.
Managerial Support:
Guide line managers on implementing policies and procedures.
Equality and Diversity:
Promote equality and diversity within our organisation.
Conflict Resolution:
Handle grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
Training Analysis:
Work with departmental managers to identify and address training needs.
Administrative Duties:
Office Management:
Oversee and manage all administrative tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Be the first point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients, handling correspondence and queries.
