As the firm continues to scale and diversify its portfolio, it is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and help shape the next phase of growth.Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the CFO will oversee all aspects of fund and corporate finance, including investor reporting, liquidity management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on operational control with high-level strategic oversight in a fast-moving investment environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead fund and management company finance operations, including NAV reporting, fund accounting, capital calls, and distributionsDeliver high-quality financial reporting to investors, partners, and regulatory stakeholdersManage external relationships with auditors, administrators, legal counsel, and tax advisorsSupport fundraising and investor onboarding through modelling, due diligence, and reporting readinessDevelop financial reporting infrastructure and KPIs to support business performance and portfolio oversightDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning across the groupMaintain strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk frameworks in line with regulatory expectationsContribute to deal execution and structuring, including post-deal financial integration where applicableLead, develop, and scale the finance function to support future growthKey Requirements:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalentSenior finance leadership experience within a debt fund, credit platform, or alternative investment businessStrong technical accounting background with deep knowledge of fund structures and investor reportingFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks including FCA and AIFMDCommercial acumen and the ability to influence business strategyExceptional communication skills, with experience liaising with investors and stakeholdersHands-on, pragmatic mindset and a strong sense of accountability
