Job Description

We're a well-established accountancy firm in Scarborough, looking for a proactive Client Accounts Manager to join our team. You'll be the go-to contact for clients, helping them from day one and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

What you'll do

Meet clients and handle day-to-day calls and emails. Onboard new clients and manage their smooth transition into the firm. Prepare/review accounts and tax returns for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. Complete bookkeeping and VAT returns. Supervise and support junior staff.
What we're looking for

AAT qualified (minimum) with practice experience. Confident dealing directly with clients. Skilled in QuickBooks and Xero (essential). Experience preparing tax returns. Organised, approachable, and a team player.
