About the Role



At OP Agency, we're proud to be the chosen training provider for our client's extensive retailer network. This role leads the planning and coordination of core curriculum assessments for the retailer network, working with the Accreditation delivery team to schedule sessions and facilitate bookings. The Project Executive also reports on strategy and activity while continuously seeking to enhance the retailer network experience and maximise efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate assessments in line with project requirements and budget, including bookings, capacity planning, attendance tracking and results management. Manage learning requirements by coordinating follow-ups with individuals, providing detailed summaries and generating success reports. Oversee the Assessor and Actor team, distribute key materials and address general queries related to scheduling and logistics. Perform stock checks, order required materials and ensure delivery teams are fully prepared ahead of assessments. Maintain and manage assessment content to ensure accuracy, accessibility and alignment with current standards. Compile and present reports to track project progress, provide stakeholder updates and support informed decision-making. Maintain and monitor budget forecasts, effectively managing project spend, optimising resource use and ensuring timely processing of Assessor and Actor payments. Support overall project delivery through effective budget forecasting, inbound communication handling, client relationship management and assistance with short-term projects as required. Attend internal and external meetings (including occasional off-site visits) and collaborate with colleagues to consistently achieve and monitor SLAs and KPIs.

What We're Looking For



Required:



Advanced Office 365 and Google Workspace skills (competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Sheets and Google Docs) Ability to evidence a client/customer facing role with responsibilities Ability to prioritise workload and allocate work accordingly Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and SLA and KPI requirements Quality focused with excellent communication skills & strong objection handling skills Valid UK driving licence A 'can do' attitude with the ability to multitask

Desired:



2 years' experience in customer service and administration Ability to review and improve processes A passion for the automotive industry would be advantageous Training experience is advantageous
