Key Responsibilities



Conduct final accuracy checks of dispensed medication according to GPhC standards and PillTime SOPs Support prescribing pharmacists by reviewing Summary Care Records (SCRs) and patient selfie photo submissions Enter Private Prescriptions onto PillTime's PMR system and update the patient's CRM account where necessary Assist in the safe and efficient dispensing of medication Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring availability and minimising waste Provide day-to-day support to the wider dispensary team to ensure operational efficiency Uphold patient safety and service excellence in every task undertaken

Essential Requirements



Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a qualified Pharmacy Technician and accredited Accuracy Checking Technician Previous experience in a busy pharmacy setting - ideally within an online or hub-based dispensing environment Strong IT literacy and the ability to adapt to digital systems and processes Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Highly organised with practical time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative, proactive attitude and commitment to high professional standards Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
