ACHIEVEMENT MANAGER

Swalcliffe Park School is a non-maintained specialist day and residential school for boys with high functioning autism aged 10-19.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and forward-thinking school leader to be a member of the School's Management Team. The role of Achievement Manager is pivotal in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including SENCO, Exams Officer, Key Stage co-ordinators and therapists to lead the Achievement strand of our framework. In summary the role is to:
o Promote and contribute to the culture, ethos and practice of the school's QoL approach including safeguarding practice;
o Contribute to the creation and implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) with a particular focus on Achievement, under the direction of the SLT.
o Be an active member of the school's Management Team and work collaboratively with colleagues to help ensure that the school maintains the highest judgements for the quality of education, therapy and care for all students;
o Contribute to the school's ASC best practice and other relevant quality assurance benchmarks;
o Contribute to the school's self-evaluation processes and culture of reflective practice;
o Collaborate on the production of the Curriculum policy and lead on timetabling and academic data analysis;
o Assume the role of a Key Stage Lead and Keyworker; and
o Fulfil an agreed teaching timetable (approx. 40%).
