Trainee ACMI Broker - Launch your career with THE Market Leader

ACC Aviation is the world's leading ACMI broker, delivering unparalleled aircraft leasing and charter solutions across the globe. Our UK ACMI team is expanding, and we're seeking ambitious, sales-driven individuals with a passion for aviation to join us as Trainee Brokers.



This is a rare entry-level opportunity to break into the fast-paced, high-stakes world of ACMI leasing. You'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside the industry's most experienced brokers, and earn competitive commission while developing your career in aviation.

As a Trainee ACMI Broker, you will:

Support experienced brokers on short- and long-term enquiries and fixtures to learn all aspects of ACMI leasing Update aircraft availability by contacting airline operators regularly to keep fleet information accurate Manage new enquiries by coordinating incoming ACMI requests with airlines and experienced brokers Develop and maintain relationships with clients and airline prospects through proactive sales and marketing activities Ensure client deadlines are met by supporting ACMI lease management and delivering exceptional service Monitor flight operations and assist with reporting while maintaining accurate CRM data for effective marketing Represent ACC Aviation at industry events and support business development through international travel Participate in a 24/7 duty rota by managing operations, broking enquiries, and urgent leasing opportunities

We're looking for someone with:

Some experience in sales, broking, commercial, or aviation sectors, with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Target-driven, resilient, and confident in making business development calls Excellent time management, communication, and customer-focused interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems; detail-oriented with accurate data entry Detail-oriented, flexible team player willing to travel internationally and work across different time zones, with precise data entry skills; additional languages advantageous Passionate about aviation and enthusiasm to build a career in aviation
