We're looking for driven sales professionals ready to hit the ground running. You've got some sales experience, a hunger to grow, and a knack for building relationships. If you thrive under pressure and want to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-profile industry, we want to hear from you.

As a Trainee Broker, you'll:





Drive new business with proactive outreach -- calls, meetings, and creative e-marketing campaigns. Build strong client relationships and grow your personal portfolio from day one. Coordinate complex flight logistics while delivering five-star customer service. Ensure a seamless, first-class experience for every client. Support operations with flight monitoring, reporting, and CRM management. Respond to out-of-hours charter enquiries as part of the duty team. Be ready to jump in -- including out-of-hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule. Continually develop your sales expertise, industry knowledge and commercial awareness



What we're looking for:




Some experience in sales, broking, or a commercial environment; aviation knowledge or interest is a plus A sharp, target-driven mindset and serious motivation to succeed Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptable to new systems Detail-oriented, flexible team player with precise data entry skills; additional languages advantageous
