A Note from the Director (Ciaran)
I've personally been leading acquisitions since day one, closing inbound landlord leads and managing the onboarding process. It's been the engine of our growth.
But as the business expands, I'm also focused on scaling other areas, which is why we need someone hungry to own this role.

The Role
As an
Acquisitions Manager
, you'll take ownership of our inbound landlord pipeline.
From the moment a new lead comes in, you'll be responsible for:
Building trust
Presenting our value proposition
Closing the deal
Once agreed, you'll manage the journey from signed terms through to full onboarding into our portfolio.
This role is a blend of
sales

Your ability to close landlords confidently and keep everything moving smoothly will directly impact the pace of our growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing inbound landlord leads from first contact to signed agreements
Presenting the Evolve Stays model with clarity and confidence to convert prospects
Negotiating terms and overcoming objections to close deals
Coordinating the onboarding process of new properties into the portfolio
Building long-term relationships with landlords to maximise retention and referrals
Tracking and reporting on your pipeline and performance metrics
Collaborating with the wider operations team to ensure smooth handovers
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience (closing experience essential, ideally B2B or property-related)
Strong communication and negotiation skills -- persuasive, confident, and professional
Organised and process-driven, able to manage multiple deals at once
Relationship builder who inspires trust and credibility with landlords
Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious and thrives in a target-driven environment
Property industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
