Role: Control Systems Engineer

Location: Actemium Automation Nottingham - Main office (Ilkeston)

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week; flexible hours

Salary Range: 40,000 to 50,000 (depending on experience)

About the role

As a Control Systems Engineer at Actemium Automation Nottingham, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing and implementing control systems for industrial automation projects across the East Midlands.

Your main Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior engineers to develop control solutions for a variety of industrial applications. Design and test control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards and legislative requirements. Participate in project planning, execution, and commissioning activities. Liaise directly with customers and conduct on-site visits.

What you bring

Engineering background: degree in Electrical or related field High level of understanding and ability to produce control system design documents. Strong understanding of technical project life cycle. Good time management skills, and be able to demonstrate a structured and methodical approach to work Good appreciation of industrial software controls systems
