Join our Team as a Finance Business Partner

Location: Ilkeston |

Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/ week) | Salary: 45k - 55k DOE

Are you a collaborative finance professional ready to make a real impact? Actemium Automation Nottingham is seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner to help steer our business forward through financial insight, operational support, and strategic partnership.

? What You'll Do:

Partner closely with our Business Unit General manager to support day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis to drive performance. Lead and support financial planning, budgeting, project accounting, and cash flow management. Work directly with operational and admin teams to embed financial best practices. Coach team members and contribute to leadership responsibilities across the BU.

What you bring:

A qualified accountant (CIMA preferable or equivalent) Solid understanding of core finance functions: accounting, tax, VAT, payroll, and cash flow Experience in financial planning, budgeting, project cost control, and statutory reporting A confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
