: Acting Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans (including writing/adjusting scripts) to our Saturday performing arts stage school
-Prepare and teach content for shows and performances
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Deliver instruction using a variety of creative teaching methods and techniques
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback during lessons
- Collaborate with singing and dance teachers when working on performances
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong knowledge of subject matter
-Teaching Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage groups of up to 25 students per group (Ages 5-16)
- Enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, energetic - fast work pace environment to get through content for shows.
