You will be responsible for working on key client accounts, delivering industry-shaping Influencer Marketing campaigns, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the team in achieving our business goals.
This role will execute tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators. The Activation Executive's role is to primarily manage creator relationships and creator campaign deliverables. Secondary responsibilities involve supporting the Senior Activation Executive and the Activation Manager in client relationship management as needed.

Creator Facing Duties and Responsibilities:
Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world.
Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign.
Communicate with clients and content creators.
Track and monitor campaign costs and results.
Run content approvals by giving feedback to creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates.
Manage production and campaign administration e.g. booking accommodation, travel, invoices, contracts etc.
Participate in Campaign Washups.
Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voice.
Client Facing Duties and Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Senior Activation Executive and the Activation Manager in the execution of exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns for global clients.
Support the achievement of monthly bookings targets and new business objectives.
Be able to provide campaign updates to current clients, providing exceptional support as needed. Contribute to pitches and client presentations, playing a supportive role.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver outstanding results for clients. Ensure campaign folders are organised and all content and documentation is saved.
Support Activation Managers in writing briefs, creator contract templates and proposals. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our paid and analytics offerings.
Keep up with market trends and companies working with influencers, including competitors. Stay informed about recent and ongoing brand partnerships on digital content platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.)
Ensure campaigns are managed well, delivered on time, and set clear expectations for internal and client stakeholders.
You'll be/have:
1-3 years of working in Influencer Marketing or similar relevant roles.
Fluency in European languages is highly desirable, mainly French, German and/or Spanish
A strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator landscape.
Strong understanding and experience with Creator Contracts.
Strong email etiquette.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Impressive organisational skills.
Confidence to work independently and on fast-paced campaigns.
Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn't go to plan.
