About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA Sales Support Executive (Dutch Speaking) to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone fluent in both Dutch and English, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both customers and field sales agents.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Communication:

Answer incoming calls and emails in Dutch and English. Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send accurate quotes based on customer requirements. Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain records.
Sales Support:

Assist field sales agents with administrative tasks and customer coordination. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
Office Administration:

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities. Support general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Language Proficiency:Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable using CRM systems and office communication tools.
Desirable Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Team player with a proactive and flexible
