Active Support Worker
Job Description
We are looking for day support staff to help support and rehabilitation, allowing each individual to have a high quality of life, enjoying things that are meaningful to them.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a mental health environment, though this is not essential. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering high levels of care and supporting people with a range of needs.
You must be an effective communicator and be happy to work as part of a team and be able to use own initiative and work independently.
Hours of work are 12 hour shifts and can include days, nights and weekend working.
Starting salary 12.80 per hour.
The post is subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
