A unique opportunity has become available for an Support worker on our night shift to join a well-established team within Randomlight Ltd.

St Nicholas Care Home is a specialist multi-site facility, registered with the Care Quality Commission, to provide care and support to individuals with a wide range of support needs.

Located in Bootle and nestled within its own sanctuary of beautiful gardens, St Nicholas is divided into six separate units with emphasis on providing different types and levels of support, dependent upon the needs of the individuals.

The successful candidate will work on a unit supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, to achieve their desired outcomes whilst receiving the best possible care.

Joining a large organisation where robust processes and procedures are already in place, the successful candidate will be fully supported to become familiar with these. We are searching for a caring and dedicated person, who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. As an Active Support Worker for our company you will be working with people with Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as Mental Health Difficulties and no two days will be the same.

The successful candidate will be promoting people's independence and supporting them to achieve their desired outcomes, incorporating active support and social based activities.

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community activities, confidence and being able to lone work is key.
