We looking for an enthusiastic energetic person to work 9.30 am to 4.30 pm 4 days a week, this includes some weekend working, and the occasional evening.

About the Role
As our Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in planning and delivering a varied programme of social activities and diversional therapies that reflect the interests, abilities, and preferences of each resident. You'll get to know every individual and ensure new residents feel welcomed and included in home life.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities that enrich daily life.
Plan engaging events, outings, and celebrations that promote wellbeing and social connection.
Liaise closely with Care Staff to support residents' individual needs, preferences, and cultural or religious practices.
Coordinate transport and community visits to ensure residents can enjoy life outside the Home.
Maintain activity records and contribute to residents' Care Plans.
Work collaboratively with management to review and enhance the Activities Plan
About You
Warm, friendly, and imaginative, with a genuine interest in older people's wellbeing.
Organised and confident in planning and delivering activities for groups and individuals.
A good communicator who enjoys teamwork and building relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Previous experience in a care or activities setting is desirable but not essential -- the right attitude and creativity are what matter most.
