Hours:
6-12 hours per week (on average) This role is for a small number of hours each week, mostly at weekends -- perfect if you're looking for something rewarding alongside other commitments.

The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an
Activities Coordinator
to join our team at Patcham Nursing Home.
This role goes far beyond organising activities- you'll help create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia and complex needs. Your work will provide comfort, stimulation, routine, and joy, even when communication can be challenging.
You'll design and deliver a varied programme of activities both in the home and in the community.
This position requires creativity, patience, and resilience - but the impact you make is truly special: a smile, a moment of calm, or helping someone reconnect with a favourite memory.

Who We Are Looking For
Experience working in a care environment is desirable, especially supporting those with dementia
Someone creative, compassionate, positive, and patient
Confidence to remain calm during challenging situations
A full UK driving licence and confidence driving residents safely
