Job Description

Plan & deliver ongoing weekly activities for residents.

Organise & book any outside entertainment & activities coming into the home.

Motivate & guide care staff in the homes activity program.

Organise & plan all events & fund raising activities for the home.

Enhance the intellectual & social wellbeing of the residents by promoting & providing a happy, stimulating experience.

Undertake holistic assessments with all residents & clients, identifying support needs and ensure maximum engagement providing outcomes to meet residents and clients needs, improving health and well-being and reduce loneliness and isolation. To consider wherever possible residents wishes and pre-existing hobbies and interests.

Liaise with all relevant staff throughout the home, advising of events & entertainment. e.g., Catering team, where refreshments are required & accounts, where payment is required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.87 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
