The role:
You'll support and assist our clients, to fulfil their daily and long-term goals, creating positive outcomes in their lives. Working in a passionate way to provide excellent person-centred care to our clients, you'll ensure all our clients are happy and cared for in the best way possible.

Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.

What you'll be doing:
Plan, organise, and lead a diverse programme of activities, outings, and events tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
Provide a timetable of varied activities to accommodate all interests.
Recognise and respect residents as individuals with the same rights, needs and emotions as everyone else.
Encourage participation, ensuring activities are inclusive and engaging for everyone.
Build strong relationships with residents to understand their life stories, hobbies, and preferences.
Work with staff to promote a positive, stimulating home environment.
Liaise with families and the local community to enhance the activities programme.
Keep accurate records of participation and feedback to continually improve the service.
Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and a sense of purpose.
Work together with other local community groups and the wider local area.
Supporting people to participate in their community, by accessing local facilities and wider community resources.
Arrange key events throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations and other relevant events.
Meet the changing needs of the service and the people we support.
Record information regarding clients and ensure communication with staff members.
Ensure the security of the building and the safety of the people living in the home.
As a precondition of this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. We are unable to provide sponsorship of any kind.
About You
Creative, enthusiastic, and full of ideas.
Compassionate and patient, with excellent communication and people skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to plan engaging activities for individuals and groups.
Confident in leading sessions and motivating others.
Able to work flexibly, including some weekends or evenings for special events.
Experience in a care, support, or community setting is desirable, but not essential -- what matters most is your energy, empathy, and commitment to making a difference every day.
