and local communities, helping them access meaningful, fun, and engaging activities -- all while supporting their independence and wellbeing.

Your Role Will Include

Planning and supporting

personalised activities

for people with Learning Disabilities or other support needs Helping service users enjoy outings, hobbies, events, volunteering or leisure opportunities Promoting

independence

, wellbeing and community inclusion Encouraging choice and participation -- no two days are the same Supporting people

in their own homes and out in the community

What We Offer

What We're Looking For

At least

12 months' experience

in a care or support role Confidence to work independently and use your creativity A driver with a clean driving licence A warm, engaging personality and a passion for

person-centred support
