We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to enrich daily life for residents at The Mountains Care Home. This role is perfect for someone bubbly, imaginative, and passionate about wellbeing.
About The Mountains
The Mountains is a 50-bed specialist nursing home supporting older adults with dementia, Alzheimer's, and mental health conditions. Set in the beautiful Brecon countryside, the home has a strong family atmosphere and active social environment.
Your Role
Planning and delivering meaningful activities
Running group and one-to-one sessions
Organising events, crafts, music, reminiscence, and gentle exercise
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and enjoyment
Working closely with care staff to adapt activities
Recording participation and gathering feedback
What We're Looking For

? Experience in activities or care helpful but not essential
