Set days - Wednesdays & Fridays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About Towy Castle

Towy Castle is a 61-bed care home set within three acres of gardens overlooking the Towy estuary. With over 35 years' experience, we're proud to provide high-quality residential and dementia care in a welcoming, family-style environment.

Your Role

Plan and deliver a varied activity programme tailored to residents' interests and abilities Encourage participation in both group and one-to-one sessions Organise events, celebrations, and community activities Build positive relationships with families, volunteers, and local groups Keep simple records of attendance and feedback

What We're Looking For

Friendly, enthusiastic, and creative Organised and confident in planning sessions Experience in care, community, or activity-based roles (desirable) Compassionate and person-centred approach
