Scope of Job:

To provide a magical experience to the visitor through consistent delivery of excellent customer service and interaction in our venue - The Dark Arts Bar

The Guest Experience Host is responsible for creating an exceptional and entertaining experience for guests while maintaining the smooth operation of front-of-house activities. This role involves engaging with patrons, delivering outstanding customer service, and orchestrating memorable performances or entertainment within the establishment.

Key Objectives:

To perform and thrive in the role of wizard / witch as a character designed by you and developed in conjunction with our front of house team. Know, understand and follow all site procedures including operational, financial, Health and Safety and Guest. Ensure that the Guest Experience is the best it can be for all guests. As part of a close team ensure that all aspects of the attraction are maximising full potential. Deliver all Dark Arts experiences including Potion making, puzzle boxes, detective evenings and any other event that are added to the Dark Arts venue. Deliver a quality, consistent and interactive service to all visitors in line with Operational documents and handbooks. This is a diverse role and involves retail and hospitality duties. Front of house areas stocked and in a clean, tidy and safe condition throughout the day. Assist the management team with daily tasks. To respond to all queries and complaints from visitors in a positive and helpful manner. To act as an ambassador for the brand. To be fully aware of our menu and be able to recommend items / inform customers of contents, allergens etc. To assist in front of house duties including taking drink orders, delivering drinks with flair, cleaning and preparing tables as required.
Requirements:

Punctual & reliable team player

Able to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for taking orders, checking out customers, cash handling etc. while having a great attitude and providing excellent customer service at all times. Relevant experience preferred (restaurant experience/ Host/ Performance/improvised acting)
